Market Position

ACE products have dominated the market for lab-scale FCC equipment since their introduction in 1997. They are considered the standard as well as the workhorse of laboratory scale measurements pertinent to the FCC process.

ACE users can confidently make commercial decisions regarding their feedstocks, catalysts, process variables and unit monitoring. Some of these users include refiners, catalyst and additive manufacturers, FCC process licensors, and research institutes.

ACE units are operating in Europe and Asia, as well as North, South and Central Americas.

ACE products are useful for studying processes other than conventional FCC. ACE Products incorporate the patented ACE reactor (U.S. Patent No. 6,069,012). High temperature and naphtha cracking as well as chemical synthesis may be addressed using ACE Technology® reactors and systems.

The Family of ACE Products

The various laboratories that study the FCC process often have different data requirements. ACE products cover the range of measurements with several machines for catalytic cracking, catalyst deactivation and custom purposes.
